Position Summary:

As a key member of LCD Controllership team, you will have the opportunity to drive groundbreaking changes, simplify accounting processes, and ensure flawless financial operations. Your proven analytical skills and expertise will be critical in improving the accuracy and efficiency of our financial activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform essential accounting tasks, including general ledger, fixed assets, accruals, revenue, and payroll, along with month-end close activities like HFM loads and variance reporting.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation information and supporting documentation are entered into the system.
  • Analyze accounting data to resolve discrepancies and identify root causes to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure all accounting entries are approved by supervisor and supported by accurate documentation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in key business calls and meetings.
  • Address actions, issues, and decisions with management, and proactively manage follow-ups.
  • Reconcile critical balance sheet accounts and support internal and external audits.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by resolving disputes, answering inquiries, and updating leadership on processes.
  • Support management in implementing established strategies and guidelines.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, offering support to teammates in challenging situations.
  • Fulfill additional requests as required by company needs.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong accounting skills.
  • B2+ English Level.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with ERPs (Oracle, PRMS, AS400) (plus).
  • Familiarity with Backline or Hyperion (plus).
  • Knowledge of SOX Compliance (plus).
