Compile financial reports at month end by preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts for Residences.
Controlling daily VAT invoice issued, reconciling VAT output monthly.
Due to Vietnam law restrictions on visa and work permit, this position is open for Vietnamese citizens only.
What you will do:
Update Residences Rotation sheet
Check Residential room revenue & transfer Revenue/ Statistics from Hotel to Residences
Check Credit Card Commission & TA Commission, transfer expenses from Hotel to Residences
Making Capex Report & posting & sending to Residences Manager/ Owner's Accountant
Making Hotel Charge Report & posting & sending to Residences Manager/ Owner's Accountant
Share Residential Profit
Send Monthly Residential Statement, On-Off Shore, Cash flow Balances
Check daily VAT invoices
Reconcile VAT output account monthly
Other tasks assigned by managers
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in accounting is an advance
At lease one year in Income/AR or similar position
Interpersonal skills and Computer skills such as Opera system, Sun System and Excel.
Good communicating and writing in English
