About the role

Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is looking for an Income Auditor responsible for ensuring accurate daily revenue reporting and strict compliance with Four Seasons Internal Controls. This role supports the resort’s financial integrity by auditing revenue, reconciling accounts, and coordinating closely with operational departments.

What you will do

  • Collect and audit all daily paperwork from revenue‑generating departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with Internal Controls and local policies.
  • Verify and post accurate room revenue, F&B outlet revenue, banquet revenue, and miscellaneous revenue.
  • Balance revenue with PMS ledger balances (guest, city, and deposit ledgers), investigate discrepancies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Review, reconcile, and update daily credit card settlements and transmissions, ensuring timely receipt of outstanding balances.
  • Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support tax‑related General Ledger account analysis.
  • Monitor house accounts, meals, and entertainment expenses, reporting non‑compliance to the Assistant Director of Finance.
  • Ensure post‑departure allowances follow approval procedures and are properly documented for monthly reporting.
  • Maintain professional communication with Front Desk, Reservations, F&B, and other departments to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
  • Assist with guest and internal departmental inquiries related to folios, credit cards, and revenue questions.

What you bring

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous hotel or revenue‑audit experience, ideally within a luxury brand environment.
  • Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of financial controls.
  • Proficiency in PMS and financial systems; strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments professionally.
