Overview of the role:
The role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing systems applications from a finance perspective. It will expand to practical skills in data analysis and financial processes modelling whilst supporting the operation and improvement of the finance applications.
This is a full-time Perth-based dynamic role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues while delivering top-tier service by partnering with business stakeholders to analyse and improve business processes, translating business needs into system solutions.

Gap analysis and requirements gathering
Researching and delivering digital initiatives
Participating in ad hoc ERP project work.
Contributing to system improvements, testing, documentation, and the ongoing enhancement of ERP functionality across the business.
Responsibilities:
Projects -Identify, Document and implement ERP projects, enhancements, and upgrades as required. This includes analysis, configuration and project management documentation.
Requirements gathering and Analysis: Working with stakeholders in the business to understand needs, document business processes, and define system requirements.
Follow the change management process
Assist in maturing Project Management Capability across the team using tools and standards and best practice
Develop and optimise bi and cognos business reports and dashboards and other analytics to enable timely and informed financial decision-making
Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver system enhancements
Help design and develop business solutions across various systems
User Support & Training support via phone, email, or in-person; train users on core and elevated functionalities; develop and upkeep on training materials knowledge base.
System Maintenance: Assist with ERP upgrades, patch management and testing new features, and managing changes
Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement changes within the ERP to streamline processes and improve efficiency and including other modules and integration. Use AI tools to efficiently manage meeting, action, generate documentation and workflow tasks. Identify opportunities to leverage AI to improve business process and service delivery efficiency
Collaboration: Act as a liaison between ERP, business units, and management, ensuring clear communication. Partnering with and conduct quarter reviews with effective service delivery and regular engagements to understand issues and deliver effective solutions and timelines. Maintain strong relationship with all users
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Background in finance or IT, ideally with exposure to ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Exposure to project management methodologies.
Understanding of change control processes and testing procedures
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies
