Responsibilities
- Process and maintain daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Review and allocate corporate credit card transactions to the appropriate accounts and accounting periods
- Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies when needed
- Record and reconcile monthly revenue entries
- Support the month-end close
- Collaborate with the Facilities Department to ensure transaction details and documentation are complete
- Review and approve employee benefit reimbursement requests in accordance with internal policy
- Assist in analytical review and investigation of monthly financial performance of Company
- Finance point of contact for all questions

Qualification/Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting or similar financial operations role
- Experience and understanding of accounting processes
- Familiarity with SME accounting software like Xero, QBO or Sage
- Good knowledge of financial reporting
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite (with emphasis on Excel skills)
- Good communication skills in French & English
