The Role
Strategy & Product Ownership
Serve as the global product owner for Print and AV services, defining long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Drive global standardization of print and AV platforms, focusing on security, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
Lead modernization efforts, including cloud print infrastructure, zero-trust security alignment, and digital collaboration solutions.
Ensure seamless integration with workplace experience initiatives, device services, and identity platforms.
Translate user feedback, business priorities, and operational insights into actionable product enhancements.
Operational & Technical Leadership
Oversee end-to-end service delivery for print and AV environments, including installation, maintenance, monitoring, and support.
Manage vendor relationships for MPS (Managed Print Services) and AV providers; ensure SLA compliance and continuous service improvement.
Partner with EUC Engineering, Cybersecurity, Facilities, and Procurement teams to align technology architecture and operational models.
Oversee capacity planning, cost allocation, and lifecycle management for hardware, firmware, and licenses.
Drive automation and self-service capabilities across the Print and AV ecosystems.
Governance & Process Excellence
Establish consistent governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with ITIL, sustainability, and security standards.
Maintain complete visibility into service performance through dashboards, KPIs, and quarterly reviews.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and network security regulations for all print and AV endpoints.
Create and maintain process documentation, vendor playbooks, and change control procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary liaison between global operations teams, regional facilities, and executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Workplace Strategy to align product planning and investment decisions.
Present regular updates on service maturity, risk, and innovation opportunities to leadership and governance boards.
Who You Are
8+ years of experience managing enterprise print and/or AV services, with 3+ years in a leadership or product ownership role.
Strong understanding of MPS platforms (HP, Ricoh, Xerox, Canon, etc.) and enterprise print management software (Papercut, Universal Print, etc.).
Solid knowledge of AV technologies (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech, Poly, Crestron, etc.), conferencing solutions, and room scheduling systems.
Demonstrated experience in service transformation, vendor management, and budget ownership for global operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to bridge technical and executive audiences.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and integration with identity/security frameworks.
ITIL v4 Foundation
PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner
