Job Description:

In this role, as Account Support Manager for Customer SPAR you will be responsible for building and maintaining an close customer relationship and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for one of Austrian top customers. You will take over the management of projects and be the contact person for the customer's IT management. You will be embedded in an professional team responsible for delivering customized services at highest quality standards.  You will position the HPE service portfolio and support sales colleagues in achieving our growth targets. Willingness to regularly participate in an local duty rota for customer SPAR is a must.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support for service onboarding, transitions and changes
  • Proactive management of service delivery
  • Coordination of internal support, technical and delivery teams
  • Ensuring structured incident, problem, and escalation control
  • Close collaboration with account management, sales and technical teams
  • Monitoring of service levels (SLAs/KPIs) and early identification of risks or deviations
  • Regular service reviews with customers (operational & tactical)
  • Analysis of service performance and derivation of improvement measures
  • Active communication about planned changes, maintenance and optimizations

Required skills and competencies:

  • Completed university of applied sciences or university degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree) with a technical or business focus (business informatics, computer science, IT management, or comparable course of study)
  • Experience in technical account management: planning, problem solving, innovation, analysis, negotiation and communication - up to client CxO level
  • Technical understanding and great interest in IT technologies
  • Enjoy working on problem solving, facing new challenges every day and making the difference for our customers.
  • Knowledge of relevant ITIL standards (minimum requirement “ITIL Foundation” Certificate
  • High ability to work in a team – collaboration in virtual teams
  • Confident and competent appearance
  • Presenting skills with the ability to represent HPE to customers
  • Project management skills
  • Willingness to participate in 365x7x24 Duty rota for customer SPAR
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English: oral and written
