What you'll do  

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve commercial targets within the swine and poultry sectors.  
• Acquire and retain customers through proactive engagement, building trust and delivering tailored solutions.  
• Collaborate with Technical Sales Advisors to address complex customer needs and close sales.  
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain strong relationships at all levels.  
• Provide market insights and sales reports to support strategic decision-making.  

Who we're looking for  
We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role. A motivated professional with strong relationship-building skills and a drive for results.  
You'll also need:  

• 4–6 years’ experience 
• Basic technical knowledge of animal nutrition products  
• Strong influencing and communication skills  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage customer relationships effectively
