The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Overview of the Role:

As a Solution Engineer on the Nordic Data Foundation Pre-Sales team, you will partner with Account Executives across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland to define sales strategies, lead technical discovery, and deliver solutions that align with customer visions. With MuleSoft and Informatica at the core of the Data Foundation portfolio, you will act as a trusted advisor — bridging complex technical requirements and business outcomes through architectural recommendations, technical workshops, and co-created future-state architectures. Based in Copenhagen, you will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team supported by leaders who invest in your development.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, define solution strategies, and ensure recommended architectures align with customer business objectives across integration, API management, automation, and data management
  • Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and own the technical response to RFIs and RFPs throughout the sales cycle
  • Facilitate technical workshops and discovery sessions with diverse stakeholder groups, providing architectural guidance and reframing customer perspectives to drive innovation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, translating complex technical requirements into compelling business outcomes using the Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Informatica platform

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, consulting, or technical implementation, with the ability to engage credibly with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of the API lifecycle, common integration patterns, and familiarity with cloud technologies including iPaaS, SaaS, automation, and AI agents
  • Proven track record of building and delivering PoCs and responding to technical and functional elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Fluent in Danish and English, with the right to work in Denmark

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a solution engineering or presales role at a software vendor in integration, API management, automation, CRM, or analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, or Informatica, including relevant certifications
  • Development experience with Java, Python, or similar languages
