Purpose of Job:
Serving alongside the National Account Support team as an integral part of the Enterprise customer support system, the Account Services Coordinator (ASC) supports new account launches, account and program changes, dealer maintenance, reporting, and program testing. As the account and dealer database subject matter expert (SME), the ASC ensures customer data integrity through audits, data remediation, mass updates, standard work enforcement, and data change approvals. The ASC also supports Account Executives/Managers, Distributor Partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
Job Components:
Corporate Level Maintenance (20%)
Primary owner of the National (NAC), Regional (RILD) and WD/Jobber (WDJ) customer database
Key Team Member in account setups, changes, terminations, and issue resolutions
Ensures data base integrity through audits, critical feedback to business processes, and data remediation
Dealer Level Maintenance (25%)
Approval of change requests received from NAC, RILD and WDJ teams
Create/Improve mechanisms to secure required data for initial account setups
Accountable to maintain dealer data integrity through audit creation/execution and data remediation
Execute mass updates as required/requested by Account Support and Sales
Responsible to work with WDJ, RILD, and Master Data Governance partners to maintain data standards
Cross-train Team Members to ensure business continuity
Cross-Functional Support (25%)
Approval of SAP database change requests from other internal departments
SME and critical thought partner in root cause analysis of account and program issues
Execute Mass BP changes for Distributor Audits
Responsible for creation and maintenance of Standard Work for dealer maintenance processes
Work with cross-functional leaders and teams to provide critical feedback regarding Standard Work
Participate as SME in special projects as requested in support of NAC, RILD, and WDJ programs
Utilize CRM/CSM tool to track all database related corporate/dealer maintenance
Pricing (%) (5%)
Execute bulk pricing changes
In coordination with the pricing team, audit pricing and execute change requests
Systems Application/Competency (25%)
Participate in weekly IT UAT Sprints for system enhancements and updates
Foster partnership with IT resources to ensure system integrations are delivering as expected
Increase productivity through continuous improvement of system reporting, functionality, and enhanced processes
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office applications with expert Excel and pivot table design experience
Detail oriented with an absolute commitment to quality and excellence
Superior analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Customer service and/or account support experience (5+ years)
Knowledge of general business processes and related data (5+ years)
Critical and strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
Team Player with strong self-discipline and self-motivation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
College degree or equivalent work experience
Scope Data:
SME for the corporate and dealer account database
Regular and consistent engagement with Account Executives/Managers, Distributor partners, and Partner Results Group resources, National Accounts, Operations leadership, and external account contacts
Responsible to facilitate and improve the account setup/update processes to maximize efficiency and execution excellence
Require minimal supervision
Work Environment:
Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time
