What is the opportunity?
In this role you will be responsible for processing simple to moderately complex client transactions within one or more RBC product of service line(s) utilizing on-line input to various systems ensuring quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing workflow and/or documents.
What will you do?
Open personal accounts for clients and enrolment to digital banking within established benchmark contributing to achievement of business Client Service Commitments and Service Level Agreements
Perform post verification activities for the Roytrin product, client record amendments and accounts
Ensures all documents/data are examined for completeness and accuracy, and takes appropriate steps to return work to submitter to be rectified
Process non-financial activities on (T24 , FCIS and RIBS)
Expected to process work volumes as measured through established service quality standards (e.g. Service Level Agreements)
Solid understanding and able to navigate through a variety of bank applications to complete incoming work
Ensure daily completion of tracking worksheets to enable monthly compilation
Assistance with other team functions as required
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Bank's minimum entry requirements, 5 O'Level passes including English and Mathematics
Sound business knowledge including service and operations
Very strong client first orientation
Ability to perform in a fast-paced highly dynamic and interactive processing environment
Exposure to relevant bank technology
Ability to manage highly demanding situations under rigid timelines
Nice to have:
Certificate in Management (e.g. ABE certification)
Exposure to relevant bank technology

This role performs activities that support all jurisdictions in the Caribbean and may be required to work during TT specific Bank Holidays to ensure support to the wider Caribbean
