What You Will Contribute:
 

The Account Program Specialist owns the planning, execution and delivery of customer-focused programs for assigned accounts. This role serves as the central point of coordination between customers, sales, and internal teams to ensure program objective, timelines and commitments are met. The Account Program Specialist drives alignment, manages risks and ensures consistent, high-quality customer experience across the full program lifecycle.

Job Duties

  • Own end-to-end program management for assigned customer accounts, from intake through execution and delivery
  • Serve as the primary program-level point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Develop and maintain program planes, timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance and customer support teams to ensure internal processes are aligned to meet customer agreements/expectations
  • Manage non-standard account requests, exceptions and program-level changes ensuring alignment and approvals
  • Ensure customer commitments, SLAs and contractual requirements are understood and executed against
  • Facilitate program meetings, reviews and post-implementation assessments
  • Maintain program documentation, decision logs and customer-specific profiles
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across account and program operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or psychology preferred
  • 5+ years of related experience in account support/program management
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification or willing to complete certification
  • Six Sigma white or green belt preferred

Qualifications

  • Understanding of fundamentals in program/project management strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software required
  • Experience in Salesforce (CRM) require
