A day in the Life:

  • Communicate with internal and external customers as the first point of contact.
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities seamlessly.
  • Build work orders within the calibration management software.
  • Prepare and send final calibration documentation to customers.
  • Coordinate the billing process within the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with third-party calibration suppliers.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • Some College preferred.

Experience

  • Shown focus on detail and accuracy of documents.
  • Proven independent work experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to coordinate asset movements efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 is advantageous

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Capable of self-management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficient in maintaining strong organization and time management capabilities.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Primarily office-based with periods of sitting and repetitive tasks.
  • May need to lift up to 50 lbs and use material handling equipment.
  • Potential use of personal protective equipment such as lab coats and safety gloves.
