CAA Brand Management is currently seeking an experienced Account Operations Executive to work on a globally renowned gaming brand. The Account Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the global client’s consumer products programme. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal CAA teams, the client, licensees, and retail partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving entertainment licensing environment. Strong communication and administrative excellence are essential.
RESPONSIBLITIES TO INCLUDE
Account & Team Coordination
Own and circulate call agendas; capture and distribute actionable notes.
Maintain and update internal trackers, including:
Licensee, deal, and retail trackers
Key wins summary (monthly)
Target lists for business development teams
Manage the team calendar, coordinate internal and client meetings, and support cross-regional collaboration.
Licensee Management & Programme Administration
Handle operational processes including:
MyMediabox platform management and contract entry
Forecast tracking and consolidation
Line list management
Manufacturing Agreement processing
NDA and Customs Letter processing
Contractual process follow-up and status reporting
Support ongoing licensee engagement and coordination across all categories.
Manage and update licensee information in Excel and visual formats (e.g., charts, overviews).
Business Development & Retail Support
Assist in the creation and updating of brand and client materials such as pitch decks, one-sheets, newsletters, and presentations.
Coordinate award nomination submissions and support promotional opportun ties.
Support tradeshow planning, organisation, and follow-up deliverables.
Manage post-activation reporting with retail partners, ensuring timely delivery of KPIs, imagery, and performance summaries.
Client Liaison & Creative Process Support
Organise monthly creative calls with the client, including agenda preparation, tracker management, and status reporting.
Coordinate announcements relating to trend pack releases and new style guide updates.
Upload new style guides, assets, and documentation to CAA SharePoint and ensure internal teams and
licensees have correct access.
Support creative approvals and asset management across licensees and categories.
QUALIFICATION/ REQUIREMENTS
