Account & Onboarding Manager

About the Role
We’re searching for an early-career person to serve as our Account & Onboarding Manager.
The ideal person loves working directly with customers and guiding partners through high-impact onboarding experiences. In this role, you’ll support a diverse portfolio of users who rely on our platform day-to-day, while also leading structured onboarding programs for new partners joining our ecosystem.
You’ll be stepping into a high-velocity startup backed by world-class talent and investors, operating at the intersection of AI, automation, and operational excellence. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how customers experience our product from day one.
What You’ll Do
Account Management
- Build genuine, trust-centered relationships with customers and act as their go-to resource.
- Lead ongoing touchpoints, proactively flag issues, and offer performance insights.
- Advocate for customers internally by surfacing product feedback and opportunities.
- Help customers adopt new features and get the most out of our platform.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve questions quickly and effectively.
Partner Onboarding
- Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for newly signed partners.
- Translate complex workflows into simple, actionable steps.
- Ensure each partner reaches activation smoothly, confidently, and on schedule.
- Create repeatable playbooks and continuously refine onboarding processes.
- Serve as the bridge between product, support, and operations during setup.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in account management, onboarding, customer success, operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and an instinct for solving problems quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A service-minded approach paired with strong organizational habits.
- Comfort working across teams and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
- Bonus: experience in tech, AI, automation, or early-stage startups.
This role is designed to be a launchpad. You’ll gain hands-on experience across customer experience, sales, operations, partner strategy, and the internal mechanics of a rapidly scaling AI company. You’ll work directly with industry-leading operators—and alongside founders and investors who’ve built category-defining companies—giving you a front-row seat to how high-growth startups truly run.
