The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned region. You will build and maintain long-term partnerships with key healthcare clients (hospitals, clinics, distributors), drive product adoption of the company’s medical products, and collaborate cross-functionally to solve client needs, ensuring market share growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective territory business plans to meet or exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets for the assigned product portfolio. Ensuring achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales quotas.
2· Key Account Management: Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers, KOLs, and stakeholders in top-tier hospitals and medical institutions.
3· Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the region.
4· Strategic Planning: Analyze territory performance data to inform strategy. Effectively manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. Using Sales Force toll to manage business opportunities .
5. Product Expertise: Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of our products, clinical evidence, and competitor landscape. Effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
6· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other internal teams to execute promotional activities, educational programs, and tender processes.
7· Compliance & Integrity: Adhere strictly to the company's Code of Conduct, all applicable Chinese healthcare laws and regulations, and industry compliance standards (including anti-bribery and transparency requirements).
