What We’re Looking For:

The Account Manager (or Growth Account Manager) is a commercially-driven role designed to nurture and expand our high-volume "Bronze" client segment. You will act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated book of business, balancing proactive relationship management with a sharp focus on revenue growth. Your mission is twofold: to ensure high retention through seamless renewals and to identify opportunities for account expansion via upsells and cross-sells. This is a fast-paced, high-impact position perfect for a motivated professional looking to master the art of account management. The role is client facing and may require regional travel. 

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Revenue Ownership: Meet or exceed annual target for renewals and expansion revenue (upsells) within your assigned book of business. 
    • Annual revenue expectations between $500,000 - $800,000. 
    • Average account size: $15,000.
  • Contract & Opportunity Management: Manage the end-to-end renewal process, from initial outreach and negotiation to the final execution of contracts. This includes: 
    • Proactive Retention: Monitor account health and engagement metrics to identify "at-risk" customers early, executing save-strategies to minimize churn.
    • Expansion Identification: Conduct regular commercial "check-ins" to uncover business needs.
  • Relationship Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that smaller accounts still receive high-quality service and that their feedback reaches the product team.
  • Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain a clean and up-to-date CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all forecasts, activity logs, and deal stages are accurately documented.
  • Process Efficiency: Utilize automation and scaled communication tools to effectively manage a high volume of accounts without sacrificing the personal touch.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • 3 - 4  year business related qualification
  • 5+ Years account management or business development experience in a B2B environment - preferably SAAS technologies; IT; or online education
  • Experience dealing with, and successfully, influencing high senior executives
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects and work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, negotiation skills and creativity
  • New business development experience; or Account Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic data analysis skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally & domestically
  • Drivers license

Working Conditions:

  • The Account Manager may be required to travel - traveling is predominantly domestic with potential international traveling dependent on demand and opportunity.  This is discretionary and approved by the SVP, Enterprise Sales.
