Position Summary
This role manages and strengthens relationships between Arch RoamRight, Arch A&H, and a diverse partner base by supporting implementations, serving as the primary contact for claims and service needs, and advising partners on effective use of Arch products and platforms. The position collaborates closely with Regional Sales Directors, delivers partner training, tracks initiatives, and builds deep relationships to drive growth, resolve issues, and capture valuable customer insights.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Manage and co-own business relationships between Arch RoamRight and Arch A&H and its partners
- Assist Regional Sales Directors in the coordination of new installations, including the development of implementation plans and resource assignments
- Act as lead liaison for claims inquiries from partners
- Understand each partner’s service needs from both technical and business perspectives and coordinate the resolution of customer issues
- Advise partners how to best utilize Arch products including protection plans, partner portals/platforms, and the Arch value prop
- Develop deeper business relationships in pursuit of increased production and critical VOC insight
- Track partner initiatives and interactions in internal platform for shared use with their RSD and within the Business Development Team
- Plan and manage daily activities with minimal supervision
- Ability to organize and present business and/or technical material in a concise, easily understood manner- both in person and virtually
- Provide new partner and recurring trainings for product knowledge and portal functionality
- Management of a variety of types of partners, including retail, wholesale, host agency, and brokers

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven customer service & sales ability (3+ years) to include account management and client retention. Prior corporate business experience a must.
- Thoroughly understand travel protection and A&H insurance products, as well as how Arch’s services affect customer processes and profitability.
- Previous account management experience, preferably in travel or accident/health insurance products
- Prior experience delivering client solutions and coordinating activities among management and other resources at all levels of the organization
- P&C, Health and Accident license a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$48,000 - $59,940/year
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
