Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Arden Hills MN. The Account Manager role primarily serves as the owner of mid-sized account success. This position is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and revenue optimization by proactively managing the client relationship.  They are not only expected to manage their account but are also expected to provide leadership and guidance to other team members.


Being physically present in the office is crucial for fostering strong team collaboration, effective communication, and building meaningful relationships with colleagues (up- and down-stream from CS), which are essential for optimal productivity and a positive work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with client agreements & help with resolving discrepancies.
  • Reviewing & overseeing job reconciliation data to identify and ensure all issues are addressed.
  • Generate and provide reports to clients or internal teams as required.
  • Monitor open tickets and assist in ticket management and resolution.
  • Provide client support to AM IIIs as needed.
  • Reviewing job reconciliations to identify and resolve all issues, ensuring accuracy in job reports and compiled data to support the client review process.
  • Manage inventory by tracking, replenishing, and reporting on stock levels needed for upcoming client projects.
  • Ensuring processes for your clients are completed.
  • Actively participate in pricing updates. Contribute to pricing adjustments, revisions, and pricing reviews.
  • Ensure SLA & quality metrics are being met for assigned clients.
  • Coordinate and execute advanced daily tasks for assigned clients. This could include change management requests, open orders report, JIRA updates and tracking, etc.
  • Frequent in-person touchpoints, regularly update clients on progress, be responsive to inquiries, and clearly explain complex information.

You Must Have:

  • 2-3 Years of Account Management experience.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to be able convey information in emails, project collaboration tools, reports & meetings.
  • Utilizing analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with problem-solving expertise, to identify inconsistencies and contribute to effective solutions.
  • Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate efforts within the team as well as other internal departments with a drive for learning and exploration. 
  • Needs strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and individuals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners. Work together with different teams, sharing information and expertise, to achieve common goals. Foster cross-functional teamwork across various departments.
  • Proven ability to perform efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality or standards.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams to meet a common goal.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
