As an Account Manager at HP Inc., you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise and corporate clients, with a strong focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships and driving sustainable, recurring revenue streams. Acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts, you will deeply understand customer needs, align them with HP’s portfolio, and ensure the successful execution of the company’s Future of Work strategy across your client base.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales specialists, marketing, services, and operations) to deliver a seamless and unified customer experience, while also serving as the internal voice of the customer—contributing to reporting, account planning, and the coordination of key initiatives such as executive briefings and events.

This role involves managing end-to-end commercial processes for complex opportunities, maintaining a strong and predictable sales pipeline, and leading contract negotiations with a strategic mindset. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will identify growth opportunities, optimize account performance, and proactively drive customer retention and expansion.


Responsibilities
• Understands client’s business objectives, challenges, and needs and identifies opportunities for value-add solutions that align with the customer's strategic goals.
• Builds strong professional relationships with key client stakeholders maintaining a high level of loyalty and understanding.
• Demonstrates expertise in managing end-to-end sales process execution involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.
• Builds and maintains sales pipeline activity by identifying, nurturing, and closing new solution opportunities.
• Collaborates closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
• Acts as the voice of the customer within the organization, driving product improvements and enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Leads contract negotiations and renewal discussions, balancing customer requirements and company profitability.
• Utilizes data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in customer relationships.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to junior account managers, sharing best practices and insights.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in customer relationship management, account management, or a related field.
