Job Description
Works closely with the Lead Account Manager and all relevant key stakeholders. She/He needs to plays a strategic role in managing high impact sales opportunities specific to Medical Delivering Solution Segment
Maintains key relationships with clients, and leads the execution of critical sales processes
Achieve sales targets and market share objectives for the Southern region.
Required to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure proper management of ongoing fulfilment and delivery. Accountable for the regular order-taking, fulfilment, and delivery post-conversion for assigned accounts
Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company strategy.
Provide valuable insights to sales forecasts as inputs into the overall demand planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes, as well as the sales landscape
Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors’.
Conduct in-service trainings to prospective, new and existing customers, as well as product knowledge trainings to distributor’s/sub-distributors’ sales forces.
Provide valuable insights to sales forecasts as inputs into the overall demand planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in medical devices,
Nursing background or clinical experience is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Location based in Johor/Johor Bahru.
