  • Works closely with the Lead Account Manager and all relevant key stakeholders. She/He needs to plays a strategic role in managing high impact sales opportunities specific to Medical Delivering Solution Segment

  • Maintains key relationships with clients, and leads the execution of critical sales processes

  • Achieve sales targets and market share objectives for the Southern region.

  • Required to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure proper management of ongoing fulfilment and delivery.  Accountable for the regular order-taking, fulfilment, and delivery post-conversion for assigned accounts

  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with company strategy.

  • Provide valuable insights to sales forecasts as inputs into the overall demand planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes, as well as the sales landscape

  • Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors’.

  • Conduct in-service trainings to prospective, new and existing customers, as well as product knowledge trainings to distributor’s/sub-distributors’ sales forces.

  • Provide valuable insights to sales forecasts as inputs into the overall demand planning and the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Nursing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in medical devices,

  • Nursing background or clinical experience is an advantage

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Location based in Johor/Johor Bahru.
