Account Manager/ Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

As an Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager, you will be the main contact point between internal and external stakeholders, making sure that the communication flow is clear and effective. You will be responsible for the whole IMC project, providing guidance and support for the team to deliver the best possible outcome for each and every campaign.
What You Will Do
Understand the core principles and execution of IMC campaigns, including but not limited to display advertising, media performance, and social outreach.
Work closely with Planning, Creative, and other internal teams to serve the client’s campaign objective.
Provide guidance and supervision to the team to an assessed feasible working timeline and manage accordingly.
Be responsible for account and project management, and deliver end-to-end IMC campaign and project performance.
Liaise with clients regularly – responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking & researching, managing milestones and approvals.
Strengthen existing client relationships and position expertise to drive client accounts further.
Analyze digital trends and campaign results and recommend improvement areas for the next stages of the campaign.
Weekly report to the Account Director for job/team performance and workload.
Who You Are
A recognized university degree.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an IMC agency.
At least 1 year of working experience in the position of Account Manager/ Senior Manager, with proven ability to lead a team of 1-3 members.
Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, estimates, and schedules.
Experienced in executing and managing media performance projects.
Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Open-minded to utilize AI in daily tasks/operations
