How you will make contributions that matter

  • Own and grow key foodservice distributor and end-user relationships across NSW, with a strong focus on Sydney Metro
  • Deliver volume, revenue, distribution and margin targets across a senior territory
  • Develop and execute customer and distributor business plans aligned to State and National strategies
  • Manage pricing, promotions, contracts and trade spend while identifying growth opportunities and managing risk
  • Analyse market trends and account performance, contributing to forecasting, S&OP and NPD activity

About you

  • Proven experience in the foodservice industry, managing distributors and/or large key accounts
  • Established customer relationships within NSW foodservice channels
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing pricing, budgets and trade spend
  • Confident negotiator with strong planning, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
  • Collaborative, self-driven and comfortable working autonomously in a senior field-based role
