The Opportunity

We are excited to be growing and adding to the team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and engaging sales professional who:

  • Can develop profitable relationships, network for new customers, maximise existing relationships and be part of a team that values shared success.
  • Thrives on using their strategic and consultative selling approach in a way that challenges customers thinking, builds trusted advisor status and engages them to buy.
  • This role will be actively selling into the construction industry through OEM manufacturers in aluminium systems, timber joinery, shutter markets and resellers of an architectural nature.

What we hope you bring to the table:

We know this is an exciting opportunity, but there are a few things we would like from you:  

  • A positive and tenacious attitude with a passion for sales success
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience (desirable)
  • Previous experience in a hardware-related or security installation industry is advantageous, but not essential
  • The ability to connect and relate to people from all walks of life (merchants, builders, strategic suppliers and industry associations… and the occasional human!)
  • Passion for managing and maintaining key accounts and a willingness to travel 
  • Be able to work autonomously, be self-driven and have excellent time management skills
