As a master of your territory, you manage a portfolio of customers and develop new prospects. You are at the forefront of the market and strategically target new opportunities. You promote Air Liquide's ambitious climate goals and guide our industrial customers in their transition to a 'zero-emission' environment. You are considered a super hero by your customers with whom you build trustworthy relationships through site visits and providing them with great advice in order to meet their needs. As a true networker, you promote Air Liquide wherever possible and ensure that all customer-specific wishes are known throughout the organization. Last but not least, you are part of a great team!
What are the main activities?
Hard to list of all them as it is so diversified, but here is a summary:
Manage your portfolio of customers and contracts (renewal, amendments, pricing, etc.). You establish credibility and interact with key stakeholders & decision makers;
Work closely with internal teams (Logistics, Maintenance, CSC, Engineering, Pricing, Business Control, etc.) in order to ensure the best service to your customers and to develop new projects. Everyone knows you at Air Liquide because you are in constant relationship with all departments;
Define the strategy in your territory thanks to your market knowledge and competitive intelligence, in line with your objectives. You are proactive and develop a forward-looking approach in order to anticipate market shifts, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions to grow your region;
Follow up on contract delivery and implementation. You do not only sign contracts, but you establish long term partnerships with customers.
Concretely speaking, your main tasks will be:
Manage and develop existing customer relationships, driving profitability;
Look for opportunities and prospects in your territory, growing your portfolio;
Make offers and sign contracts, working with legal, technical and commercial excellence teams;
Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate!
Build the strategy in your territory and drive its implementation;
Learn plenty of things in the way and have fun!
