About the Role

We are looking for an Account Manager with social media experience to work on a portfolio of brands within a digital advertising agency. You will serve as the liaison between internal teams and brand partners, translating goals into integrated campaigns and delivering high-quality results. You will collaborate with a wide team across creativity, social, digital, and technology to drive growth, optimise performance, and ensure the long-term success of brand initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of brand initiatives; set milestones and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
  • Drive growth opportunities through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell where applicable; develop proposals, statements of work, and budgets.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Media, Data, Tech) to deliver integrated campaigns that meet goals and deadlines.
  • Translate brand goals into actionable roadmaps; provide strategic recommendations and measurable performance insights.
  • Understand budgets and financial platforms
  • Ensure high-quality communications, risk management, and issue resolution; manage escalations confidently.
  • Support new business efforts with compelling briefs and contributions to pitches.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and long-term growth of brand initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance analytics; derive insights and guide optimisation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, approvals, and agency policies; uphold quality standards across work.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive process improvements and efficient workflows.

 

About You

The essentials: 

  • 3-4 years of social media management/account management experience in digital advertising, marketing, or related agencies; proven ability to handle high-value, high-volume interdisciplinary work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-channel campaigns (social, display, video, search) and deliver on objectives.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills; ability to influence, negotiate, and present to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills, budget literacy, and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets for finance reporting.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset; able to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Clear, confident communicator with excellence in written and verbal presentation; adept at facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
