As an Account Manager on the Customer Growth team, you will play a critical role in supporting MNTN’s top-tier customers and Account Directors. You’ll manage day-to-day account needs, respond to reactive requests, and ensure seamless execution across ~100 accounts shared with your counterpart. This role is designed to maximize customer satisfaction, reinforce performance insights, and create space for Account Directors to focus on long-term strategic growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage customer requests such as campaign adjustments, reporting needs, billing updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Account Directors to execute all customer deliverables accurately and on schedule.
  • Monitor campaign performance and surface insights, trends, and opportunities that demonstrate value.
    Prepare reporting, summaries, and performance narratives for customer meetings and business reviews.
  • Build strong day-to-day relationships with customer stakeholders through proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
  • Guide customers on best practices within the MNTN platform, helping them adopt features and maximize results.
  • Identify early signs of account risk and escalate or support recovery as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and updates in Salesforce to ensure clean, organized account management.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3–5 years in account management, customer success, or operations in AdTech, SaaS, or marketing services.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and building insights.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first approach — balancing responsiveness with proactive problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex data for customers.
