Responsibilities:
• Generating leads through prospecting calls, referrals, walk-ins and other methods.
• Developing and delivering effective presentations to potential clients on our products and services.
• Creating customized sales pitches tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system throughout the entire sales process.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as product development, marketing, technical support, finance, legal, etc., to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling within accounts and proactively addressing customer concerns.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in customer needs to refine sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in telecommunications, IT, software, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
