We are looking for Account Managers to join our Talent Community.

As an Account Manager, you will lead key client relationships and support brands in achieving growth through smart, integrated media solutions. This role combines strategic thinking, commercial responsibility, and strong media expertise across digital and traditional channels.

What you’ll do

• Own and grow relationships with multiple clients, acting as their trusted media partner.
• Understand clients’ business goals and translate them into effective, integrated media strategies.
• Lead the development and delivery of media plans across digital and ATL channels.
• Advise clients using data, insights, and clear recommendations that drive measurable results.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to a strong, high-performing client team environment.

What we’re looking for

• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing and growing client accounts.
• Strategic media thinker with hands-on experience across both digital and traditional media.
• Proven ability to plan, buy, and integrate media channels (ATL and digital).
• Confident communicator with the ability to present, influence, and build long-term relationships.
• Team-oriented professional who supports collaboration and development.
• Experience in an agency account management role or a similar commercial role client-side.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
