Account Manager, HIV - National

Field Worker - DNK Full time

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract basis for approximately 12 months.

As a Strategic Key Account Manager, you will be the face of GSK towards healthcare professionals in Denmark, creating and maintaining mutual beneficial partnerships for patients, healthcare professionals and GSK. By representing best-in-class medicines and beyond-the-pill value propositions, you will challenge the status quo, work with multiple brands and be a key contributor in improving patient outcomes in Denmark. We are looking for an individual who loves to be in front of customers discussing science, patient outcomes and medicines and who are curious to understand and meet customer needs.

This role is field-based which means you will spend most of your working time in-field with your customers in all areas of Denmark.

In this role you will

  • Orchestrate the Key Account Management work across key functions ensuring continues update of the strategic insights and focus for each account
  • Identify and be part of co-create projects together with our healthcare partners to ensure better patient outcome.
  • Strategically plan your activities by segmenting and prioritizing using insight and data to drive account adjectives and the sales of promoted products in your assigned territory.
  • Be a vital part of a cross functional team working towards achieving our goals within HIV.
  • Constantly evaluate, give and seek feedback to adjust activities to always meet customer, patient, and GSK needs.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, codes of conduct, policies, and frameworks in which GSK operates, while embodying our vision, values, and expectations.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management from the Pharma, MedTech or Biotech industry
  • History to establishing and managing trusted relationships with customers
  • History of successfully organise and execute key strategic projects with external stakeholders
  • Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written. Professional level English
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in HIV
  • An eagerness to achieve successful sales outcomes through a customer-focused approach.
  • Desire to take ownership of your business and drive success by capitalizing on opportunities and overcoming barriers.
  • Strong selling skills – great communicator, growth mindset, entrepreneurial and proactive
  • Ability to coordinate customer activities cross-functionally to achieve commercial success.
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong team-player who enjoys contributing to others.
  • Medical and or Health Economic background or experience
