This position is based in Ballerup, Denmark and reports to the Local Sales & Marketing Manager. Since this position requires frequent traveling to customers, a tool of the trade car is connected to this position as per company policy.

How you’ll make an impact
- Take full responsibility for a portfolio of customers, both new and existing, in Denmark, including marketing, budgeting and sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Lead account teams through clarification meetings, negotiations, and solution proposals.
- Align customer needs with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
- Promote and sell a broad portfolio of products, systems, software, and services from all five Hitachi Energy business units.
- Stay informed about the energy sector and contribute to the ongoing energy transformation.
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding and involve subject matter experts when needed.
- Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
Your background
- You need to have technical knowledge to be successful in this position. Experience with electrical engineering, high voltage is considered meriting.
- You are an experienced technical sales professional that are used to build trust with customers and understanding customer needs.
- Ability to balance and coordinate multiple tasks at the same time.
- Fluency in both speech and writing in English and Danish is required.
- You see yourself as a team player, with team management and leadership skills.
- You have experience of digital tools for reporting and documentation. Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, is an advantage
