Our Account Managers are trusted, strategic partners to companies around the world. You will manage a group of existing accounts to build strong, long-term relationships with key contacts. You’ll be empowered to manage and grow existing accounts by bringing forth new services, and expanding on existing services offered, with a focus on increasing efficiency, adding value, maximizing profitability through the account’s supply chain.
In this role, you will be onsite five days a week at a Robinson Fresh distribution center, directly supporting a key customer’s operations. Acting as a hands‑on extension of both the customer and the Robinson Fresh team, you’ll help execute and support cross‑docking and direct-store-delivery solutions within a fast‑paced, temperature‑controlled environment. You’ll work closely with warehouse teams, carriers, and internal and external partners to ensure product flows efficiently, address real‑time challenges, and drive execution excellence that supports the customer’s fresh supply chain needs.
This role is located at a distribution center in Pharr TX.
Responsibilities:
Developing and managing account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer and vendor organizations
Identify and implement optimization strategies to streamline execution and performance
Oversees successful completion of day to day cross docking commitments
Collaborate with account leadership to develop pricing strategies
Identify issues and consulting with the customer to determine best course of action and implement solutions
Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics
Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 2 years of previous account management/experience
Ability to lift up 25lbs
Ability to do light physical work
Bi-Lingual written and verbal in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
Experience in managing or executing in a warehouse management system

Compensation Range
$27.13 - $58.42The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
