We are looking for a driven Account Manager to join our Entrepreneur and Professionals (E&P) team in Denmark.
In this role, you will take ownership of our Fyn and southern Jutland district, acting as a strategic partner for our important customers.

Your Mission and Impact


As an Account Manager, you are instrumental in both retaining and expanding our footprint. You will bridge the gap between customer needs and Air Liquide’s global capabilities, collaborating with internal teams in Sales, Logistics, and Technical Solutions to ensure world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary contact for current accounts, nurturing long-term relationships and negotiating contract renewals.
  • Business Development: Actively hunt for new opportunities, driving the sales process from the first cold call to the final signature.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify industry trends and projects to develop short- and long-term initiatives that strengthen our market position.
  • Commercial Excellence: Manage pricing mechanisms, monitor customer development, and identify cost-saving initiatives for your clients.
  • Value-Added Selling: Promote our liquid and packaged gas solutions alongside Air Liquide’s innovative technology and service offerings.
  • Distributors: working close in the district together with local distributors and our inside sales team to grow our business

Who are you?

We are looking for a proactive "hunter" who is equally skilled at building deep, analytical partnerships. While a sales background is an advantage, your mindset and ability to learn are just as important.

  • A Natural Negotiator: You thrive on networking and find it easy to build rapport with new and existing stakeholders.
  • Analytically Minded: You can evaluate data (using tools like CRM and Power BI) to create strategic roadmaps.
  • Solution-Oriented: You take ownership of your projects and enjoy finding creative ways to solve customer challenges.
  • Team Player: You are self-motivated but enjoy collaborating with a diverse, international team.
  • Sales experience: We expect you to have more than 2 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager, not required to have experience in the gas industry. 
  • Linguistic Skills: Since your customers are based in Denmark, you must be fluent in Danish. Proficiency in English is also required as it is our corporate language.
  • Logistics: A valid driver’s license is essentials

Location: This role is based out of our Horsens office.
