Job Description Summary

Provide coordination support to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Accounts, Asset Services EMEA, in driving Strategic Client Programmes.
Responsible for coordinating client teams and involved in onboarding new mandates, with a particular focus on clients within the Key Client Programme
The role will develop and support strategic and operational capabilities of the local country operating platforms used by Asset Services. It will align operational delivery and reporting tools as defined by the wider Cushman & Wakefield business, leveraging the Technology & Data Solutions function where appropriate to help implement them.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Asset Services EMEA team. In this role, you will act as a key support to the Head of Commercial Strategy & Accounts, with the opportunity to grow into responsibility as Account Driver for Group 1, 2, and 3 Accounts. You will coordinate data, reporting, and service delivery across multiple teams, ensuring consistency and excellence in client management.

This position offers exposure to international investors, pan-European mandates, and strategic projects that enhance our market positioning.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Commercial Strategy & Accounts in internal and external matters.
  • Coordinate data and information with wider corporate Key Client groups.
  • Ensure consistent reporting across teams for Key Clients, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Monitor Scope of Service delivery in line with onboarding agreements.
  • Liaise with Asset Services COO and Legal on new PMAs and onboarding of assets within Key Client portfolios.
  • Contribute to internal and external articles to strengthen market and corporate positioning.
  • Assist in onboarding new Pan-European mandates, focusing on documentation and information control.
  • Provide bid support when required.
  • Prepare client briefings and contribute to internal and external communications.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Business Management or Commercial Real Estate (preferred).
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Commercial Real Estate market, with emphasis on Account Management.
  • Experience working with international investors.
  • Confident communicator with extensive operational delivery experience.
  • Strong data management and reporting expertise.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Detailed knowledge of reporting systems, particularly Power BI.
