TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging for a variety of global customers and are active in 97 markets globally and we are made up of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join our client services team on an interim basis, initially for a period of 6 months. The role will involve supporting one of our large multi-national FMCG customers in delivering a managed service for their POS and Display requirements.
You will be comfortable working from home with occasional visits to our client sites throughout the Benelux region.
About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be key in ensuring the client is fully supported whilst delivering exceptional account management through the smooth and efficient execution of all POS / Point of Sale and Display campaigns. You will be providing operational support to the client, being responsible for the service and commercial delivery of jobs while also being responsible in identifying new opportunities to support the growth of their FMCG brands through innovative solutions based on our wide range of POS / Point of Sale and Display products and services.
If you are an experienced Client service professional and have worked on POP / Point of Sale or Display campaigns coming from a trade marketing, print or manufacturing background, then this role could be a great fit for you. Experience of 2D and 3D solutions is essential, while experience in prefill displays would be ideal. Within this role you will need to provide client leadership and management, but the most important skills we are looking for is first class communication, great organisational skills and the ability to deliver a best-in-class service.
