About the Account Manager – Digital Advertising
Our organization is seeking a strategic Account Manager to drive results within our specialized growth division. This team focuses on revitalizing revenue by reconnecting with and recovering dormant Small-to-Midsize Business (SMB) partnerships. In this role, you will investigate previous churn drivers, resolve service friction, and align current client goals with sophisticated platform solutions to hit aggressive performance milestones.
Location: Ogden, UT
What Will You Do?
Dedicate efforts toward re-energizing a curated list of lapsed SMB clients, ensuring consistent achievement of reactivation and revenue benchmarks.
Formulate and deploy comprehensive engagement plans to touch 100% of your assigned book through multi-channel communication, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and virtual presentations.
Pinpoint past obstacles to investment and use deep product knowledge to brief former partners on recent platform enhancements and new service offerings.
Utilize internal analytics and lead-scoring tools to rank dormant accounts based on their likelihood to re-engage and scale.
Function as a subject matter expert in digital landscapes, converting a client's stalled marketing goals into high-impact, actionable campaign strategies.
Maintain precise CRM records and forecasting data, with a specific emphasis on documenting the transition of accounts from inactive to active status.
Consistently reach or surpass quarterly requirements regarding account penetration, engagement quality, and financial targets.
Proactively navigate challenges and embrace shifting responsibilities as this high-growth business motion continues to mature.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or high-velocity sales environments.
Demonstrated success in managing high-volume outbound activity and the persistence required to find success with unresponsive or cold accounts.
Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to establish trust quickly during virtual and phone-based interactions.
A strong interest in the digital advertising ecosystem and the aptitude to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, value-based language.
A verifiable track record of meeting KPIs and a disciplined approach to managing a sales pipeline.
Comfortable translating performance metrics into a compelling ROI narrative for clients who are not currently spending.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and a commitment to data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment where change is frequent.

Compensation Range: $50k - $55K
The hourly pay range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.04. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
