As an Account Manager at Caseware, you will build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with C-level customers, with a particular focus on the Government segment, by understanding their needs and delivering solutions that maximise value. You will drive customer success through proactive engagement, retention strategies, and growth initiatives, ensuring adoption of Case’s evolving suite of cloud solutions.

Key Performance Areas include:
· New & Additional Business (Upsell, Cross-sell, Migration)
· Customer Retention & Satisfaction
· Revenue Growth (Net of CPI)
· Account Coverage & Engagement
