We’re looking for a growth-driven Account Manager to join our Bolt Business team in Estonia. This role is heavily focused on driving usage, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts. You’ll be on the front line with customers, making a high volume of activities, spotting opportunities, and scaling them across accounts and verticals.

As the face of Bolt Business, you will work closely with key businesses, deeply understand their operations, and actively push adoption and growth of Bolt’s products.

As an Account Manager, you’ll own the commercial growth, retention and expansion of an assigned portfolio of well known business customers. You are not just maintaining relationships- you are actively growing them.

You’ll work closely with clients to:

  • <point>Increase active usage and transaction volumes.</point>
  • <point>Upsell additional Bolt for Business products and verticals.</point>
  • <point>Identify scalable opportunities and replicate success across accounts.</point>

This is a high-energy, proactive role suited for someone who is hungry, comfortable with frequent communication, and motivated by measurable growth outcomes.

  • <point>Own and grow a portfolio of existing business clients with a strong focus on usage growth, upsell, and expansion.</point>
  • <point>Proactively engage customers through regular calls, meetings, and visits, maintaining a high activity level.</point>
  • <point>Identify opportunities to scale Bolt Business usage across multiple verticals (e.g. Ride Hailing, Bolt Drive, Bolt Food and other Bolt products) within existing accounts.</point>
  • <point>Actively push adoption of new features, products, and use cases to drive higher volumes.</point>
  • <point>Take full ownership of customer performance, advising on optimal use cases to maximize value and retention.</point>
  • <point>Develop and execute account growth plans focused on increasing volume and revenue from existing clients.</point>
  • <point>Promptly handle customer queries while continuously steering conversations toward growth opportunities.</point>
  • <point>Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Product, Account Managers, and Country Managers to unlock upsell and expansion opportunities.</point>
  • <point>Support onboarding of new clients while ensuring fast ramp-up and early growth.</point>

  • <point>You naturally identify opportunities and know how to scale them across accounts and segments.</point>
  • <point>You take strong ownership of results and push initiatives forward independently.</point>
  • <point>You communicate confidently in Estonian and English and can build trust quickly with stakeholders.</point>
  • <point>You are hands-on, proactive, and motivated by clear targets and measurable impact.</point>
