As we are rapidly growing in the Philippines region, we are looking for a passionate Account Management Director in the Philippines who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers and at the same time help us to grow new clients in Indonesia. Responsible for driving acquisition of new customers across industries accordance to our long-term strategy and positioning. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

 

What the role looks like:

 

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting existing and new relationships with current accounts to grow revenue in strategic product areas
Develop and execute a strategic plan for your business portfolio
Achieve specific sales targets and identify growth opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment  
Use consultative approach to determine client’s goals and offer the most appropriate marketing optimization tips to address their needs.
Educate clients on their opportunities and translate their marketing goals and objectives into actionable strategies.
Serve as point of contact for the clients in your portfolio, investigate and deliver proper recommendations/solutions.
Maintain broad knowledge of products, best practices, benchmarks, and procedures.

Your profile:

 

Experience as an Account Executive handling large portfolio, preferably with domestic clients
Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to work in dynamic atmosphere.
CXTech / IT Solutions/digital experience with a consultative and solutioning approach
Experience with CCaaS, CRM, Professional Services on Tech implementation and management, Conversational Assist AI / Knowledge AI / AI Bot Solutions, Application Development, Administrative Support Services for Tech Solutions, Telephony & Dialler solutions, GDS
Any tech certifications / experience working with Global Tech Providers such as Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, Kore.AI, Amazon Web Services, Genesys, Zendesk, NICE
Any specific certifications on / experience working with B2B / FC&C / BFSI / Trust&Safety expertise or solutions
