Key responsibilities:
- Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
- Develop and Support the team on Media strategy: identification of objectives, definition of audiences, identification of channels and buying types, initial investment split, definition of KPIs, definition of value propositions, creative contexts and conception of the strategic approach.
- Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
- Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget
- Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
- Effectively lead and motivate internal team to produce best in class work
- Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in leading a team and clients
- Strong know-how on Digital Marketing
- Proven track record in leading, motivating and developing teams
- Understanding and focus on clients' business/communication strategy and clear understanding of the definition and control of KPIs.
- Critical thinking, discipline, ability to organise and meet deadlines, proactivity, and team spirit.
