We’re hiring an Account Installation Senior Representative. For this highly technical, incredibly fast-paced, production-based role, you will build client accounts within the claims system for new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for reviewing, coding benefits, and ensuring compliance with required mandated Legislation. You'll meet the highest performance metrics, resolving service issues and managing inventory within the stated cycle times.
What you’ll do:
Analyze information and load data into BIDS/BA applications and Dentacom (claim system)
Provides information for medical/dental to CIGNA Healthcare Representatives for the delivery of superior customer service
Utilizes the Benefit Information Decision application (BIDs) to complete and deliver benefit plan information via the Benefit Access (BA)/Dentacom application
Works with appropriate systems and matrix partners through the Case Installation process to ensure benefit representation for all accounts
Meet the needs of the Benefit and Claim Inquiry, and drive consistency across Client Operations
Work with matrix partners to ensure that information is correct and to obtain missing information
Review and analyze accounts to ensure compliance with legislation
What you’ll need to do the job:
High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree, preferred
2+ years of Dental experience, preferred
1+ years of Benefit Access experience, a plus
Experience or familiarity with multiple Cigna applications, such as Benefit Inventory System, Dentacom, ePro, Vista and Webster, highly preferred
Experience working with complex National Account structure and benefits, preferred
Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word), required
Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical skills with the ability to independently prioritize and deliver results, required
Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across matrix partners, including Implementation Managers, preferred
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
