We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

The role focuses on managing and growing revenue from existing customer accounts through direct sales. It involves building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is an individual contributor position responsible for driving sales performance within an assigned portfolio of accounts.

 Roles and Responsibilities

• Sell the company’s products and services to assigned accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Manage account activities as an individual contributor, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• If responsible for both existing and new accounts, align with the Sales Account Manager – Direct – New Accounts role.
• Ensure accurate classification of account management levels:
  • Majority of individual contributor roles (approximately 75–80%) should align with the career level.
  • Advanced level roles should not exceed 15–20% of the individual contributor population.
• For National (country-wide) strategic accounts, align with Field Sales – Strategic Account Management – National – Direct Sales roles.
• Select the Direct/End-User channel code for all incumbents matched to this job family.
• Handle key, named strategic accounts at a national level when applicable.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive account management and strategic selling initiatives.
