What You Will Do

  • Drive sales performance and provide case support to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability targets for the Trauma and Spine portfolio.
  • Execute sales plans and activities aligned with local commercial strategies.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to expand business impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and healthcare customers to strengthen market presence.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance analyses, and summaries to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts to grow Stryker’s customer base.
  • Track and report monthly insights on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity.
  • Gather and consolidate customer feedback to support service quality improvement and portfolio expansion.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales, clinical support or marketing experience in medical device industry
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese.

Travel Percentage: 10%
