Role Overview
The Account Executive is responsible for driving new customer acquisition while also expanding relationships within existing accounts. This role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach through negotiation and close. It is well suited for a disciplined, consultative seller who is comfortable engaging with financial institutions, identifying meaningful client needs, and turning those conversations into long-term business.
This role is built for true hunters and self-starters. Account Executives are expected to be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy. Success comes from being scrappy, solutions-oriented, and willing to take initiative to move opportunities forward. A dedicated Customer Success team manages retention, support, and ongoing client relationships, allowing AEs to stay focused on sourcing, shaping, and closing new revenue.
