Looking for a role where each day will present new opportunities and challenges to our Spanish speaking Pros? Do you feel a sense of pride helping Spanish-speaking business owners grow from just getting started to long term success? If so, the Spanish Pro team is for you! Members of this team will be expected to thrive in a fast paced, less structured environment where self-motivation and effort will be key indicators of success.. Your results will have a direct and profound impact on our customer experience and the Thumbtack bottom line. This team is directly responsible for filling in the gaps in markets where customers do not have a large selection of established quality pros. These markets create a poor customer experience and create environments where pro budget utilization suffers. We will fill in these gaps with larger, higher quality and more capable pros that will give our customers more options and in turn increase budget utilization.
Actual offered salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as calibrated job level, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
