We are seeking an Account Executive who is bright, energetic, proactive, and collaborative with a positive attitude and has excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written) to join our team. This is a full-time, regular, benefits-eligible position.
You must be passionate, motivated, and excited about your work, and have at least one (2) years of professional work experience in advertising, marketing, or communications. Love of, or previous work experience in live entertainment, arts, theater, and culture is a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):
- Respond to client and internal requests quickly and effectively.
- Liaise between the client and internal departments like production, creative, social, ticketing and media.
- Day-to-day project management - work with the creative/production departments to develop work, manage timelines and estimates, and ensure that all materials receive appropriate approvals and are released on time.
- Keep detailed, clearly labeled records of ads, art development, trade allocations, buys/insertion orders, etc.
- Manage production billing and actualize budgets.
- Prepare meeting materials and take detailed notes of meetings for later distribution.
- Contribute to the new business team, specifically with the creation of decks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to the following):
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an advertising agency or in a client-side marketing department with advertising agency contact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field of study.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Experience managing budgets and comfortable working in excel.
- Clear and effective communicator, (written and verbal), with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Able to manage a large volume of work while retaining focus on details.
- Flexible and receptive to changing priorities.
- Able to identify problems and offer appropriate/effective solutions.
- Flexible to work extended hours, when needed.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office applications.
