About the Team
UKI forms a critical part of Workday’s International business and the UKI Strategic Accounts team is a significant component of this. The team was formed 18 months ago and has delivered significant results, with many of the team achieving sales club, above industry 2yr and YoY growth and fundamentally improved client relationships.About the Role
Building on the success of our Strategic team and Account Directors we’re looking to introduce an exciting new role of Account Manager. This role will report directly to the Senior Regional Director but work in very close collaboration with the Account Directors further driving our net new sales growth across the business.
Over the last 18 months, we have tested and proven the theory of driving focus with our subsidiary, M&A and distributed global clients. This role is to build on that experience, with a net new focus of building, leading and closing opportunities within our more diversified areas on accounts. This role doesn’t strictly own accounts and the collaboration with the Account Directors will be critical but this is a key priority for driving growth in FY27 and beyond.
This fantastic team of hardworking professionals play a key role in driving incremental business value into our strategic key accounts. We want to make sure that our customers see us as trusted partners, not just great suppliers

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
