We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive to lead Rapid7’s growth across the West India Enterprise market, with strong focus on Pharma, BFSI, Logistics, and Large Enterprises. This role requires a consultative, value-driven sales professional who thrives on building executive-level relationships, orchestrating multi-solution deals, and driving adoption of modern security programs such as CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management), ASRM (Attack Surface Risk Management), AI-SOC, MDR/MXDR, SIEM/IDR, and Penetration Testing & Offensive Security solutions.
This AE will be responsible for developing, leading, and closing high-value opportunities, building long-term customer partnerships, and elevating Rapid7’s brand as a trusted cybersecurity advisor in the region.

Rapid7 is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive (West India) to drive strategic growth across the Pharma, BFSI, Logistics, and Enterprise segments. Based in Mumbai, you will lead multi-solution enterprise sales, elevate Rapid7’s position as a trusted cybersecurity partner, and build long-term relationships with C-suite decision makers.
You will bring a consultative, value-led selling approach, positioning solutions such as CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management), AI-SOC/IDR, MDR/MXDR, Threat Intelligence, ASM, Cloud Security, and Pen Testing/Offensive Security.
This role requires a self-driven, accountable sales leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and brings a “never done” growth mindset to every customer engagement.
Own and Grow the West India Enterprise Territory — Lead Rapid7’s presence across Maharashtra and Gujarat’s top Pharma & Healthcare, BFSI/NBFC, IT/ITES, Logistics, and Enterprise accounts, driving strong pipeline creation, successful RFP/RFI participation, and consistent ARR growth.
Drive High-Value, Multi-Solution Sales — Win strategic six-figure deals across CTEM, ASM, AI-SOC/IDR, MDR/MXDR, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, and Offensive Security offerings.
Engage and Influence the C-Suite — Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Risk & Compliance leaders, ensuring executive alignment and driving long-term security transformation roadmaps.
Execute with Precision and Accountability — Maintain flawless SFDC hygiene, predictable forecasting, disciplined qualification (MEDDPICC), and high ownership across all deal cycles and procurement processes.
Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner seamlessly with SEs, Channel, SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to accelerate opportunities and deliver superior customer outcomes.
Manage Channel and SI Ecosystem — Lead strategic account mapping, co-selling, and joint planning with key partners and system integrators to expand coverage, generate leads, and optimize partner-led growth.
Elevate Customer Maturity and Expansion — Drive strategic account planning, conduct QBRs, and lead multi-solution expansion motions to maximize customer lifetime value and platform adoption.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong West India Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Maharashtra, and Gujarat enterprise landscapes across Pharma, Healthcare, BFSI, Insurance, IT/ITeS, Logistics & large conglomerates.
Consultative Cybersecurity Selling: Ability to drive value-led conversations around CTEM, ASM, AI-SOC/IDR, MDR/MXDR, Cloud Security & Offensive Security.
C-Suite Relationship Leadership: Proven capability to engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CROs & Risk leaders with compelling business narratives.
Pipeline Creation & Territory Ownership: Consistent track record of generating new logos and building a robust, multi-solution pipeline.
High-Value Commercial Acumen: Skilled in structuring, negotiating, and closing six-figure enterprise deals with clear ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective partnership with SEs, Channel, SDR, Marketing & CS to accelerate deal cycles.
Clear Communication & Storytelling: Ability to articulate complex security outcomes in a crisp, customer-centric manner.
