As a Payments Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding this growth by helping businesses adopt and scale their payment operations through Podium. You’ll work cross-functionally, influence revenue at scale, and become a trusted expert in a high-impact product line.


Requirements

Experience

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (SaaS, fintech, or payments preferred)
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing full sales cycles and closing complex deals
  • Experience working with SMB or mid-market customers

Skills

  • Strong understanding of payments, processing, or financial technology (preferred)
  • Ability to build and communicate a compelling value proposition
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (finance, operations, leadership)
  • Analytical mindset with focus on revenue growth and performance
  • C1 - C2 English proficiency
