The Role and What You’ll Do:
The Account Executive, Partnerships will support the day-to-day management of select clients’ sponsorship development, planning, and activation marketing initiatives. Specifically, this position will partner with the Senior Manager and Account team to develop strategy, planning, activation and execution efforts around investments mainly within women’s soccer.
Assist with the day-to-day management and strategic development of client’s sports sponsorship
Participate in the planning, implementation and measurement/tracking of sponsorship rights and assets – e.g., creative approvals, event logistics, tickets/hospitality, guidelines and toolkits, imagery and video management, premiums and merchandise, etc.
Build and manage timelines to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met within allocated timeframe and budget
Create and maintain client-ready materials such as POVs, valuations, activation plans, competitive analyses, industry research, measurement tracking, and weekly reporting on current events, trends and intelligence
Assist in management of evaluation process for new, renewed and prospective sponsorships, as well as the after-action performance measurement process based on established client objectives
Support sponsorship tactical implementation/coordination at all events where agency staff is needed
You Have These:
Bachelor’s degree required
3 years of relevant agency, property (team/League), or client-based account management experience
Experience working on and/or with women’s sports and/or soccer platforms/properties
Proven experience with development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategies on behalf of clients/companies
Prior experience with day-to-day relationship management of clients, agencies and vendors
Participation in (or exposure to) the selection, negotiation, and evaluation of successful sponsorship programs
Proven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
Practical experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
Excellent attention to detail, time management, interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiastic and flexible team player with pro-active approach
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Sports business and general marketing understanding
Ability to work flexible hours and travel for extended periods of time

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$52,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
$70,000 annually
